About our Softwashing Service

Here at Hygieia Pro Clean, we use a new method of exterior cleaning called "Softwashing". This is an excellent method of cleaning which is less destructive than pressure washing and its use makes for longer-lasting results. We're able to apply softwashing techniques to areas of your home such as soffits, fascias, conservatories, roofs, exterior walls and garage doors. It's a great way to remove organic and non-organic stains and can completely transform the look of your home!

How does Softwashing Exteriors Work?

A special mix of environmentally-friendly chemicals is applied to the area using a low-pressure sprayer. Depending on the surface and nature of stains being removed, the chemicals are left for a period of time. The chemicals are then removed using a low-powered jetwash but leaves a fine film of the chemical on the surface in order to prevent any future growth of organic materials.

We use window cleaning kit which is called a “Water-Fed Pole” system. We can reach up to 40ft which is high enough to reach windows even in 3 story townhouses.
